At Evothought, we value your time and commitment. The following policies apply to our live webinars, pre-recorded sessions, and on-demand content to ensure clarity and fairness for all participants.


1. Cancellations (Applicable for Live Webinars Only)

  • Cancellations are accepted only for live webinars if the request is made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session.

  • Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled webinar will not be accepted.

  • For approved cancellations, a refund will be issued after deducting a processing fee of $30.

  • If you are unable to attend, please notify us as early as possible so we can assist you.


2. Substitutions (Applicable for Live Webinars Only)

  • Instead of cancelling, you may choose a substitution option to avoid the cancellation processing fee.

  • Substitution can be done in two ways:

    • Session Substitution: Switch to another live webinar scheduled at a different date/time.

    • Participant Substitution: Nominate another individual to attend in your place.

  • Substitutions are free of charge, but prior notification is required.

Substitutions and cancellations will not be accepted if:

  • The participant fails to attend the scheduled webinar.

  • The participant does not receive login details due to issues such as bounced emails, blocked domains, or other technical problems on their end.

  • The session is an on-demand webinar (no cancellations or substitutions allowed).


3. Refund Policy

a) Live Webinars

  • If Evothought cancels a webinar due to technical or operational reasons, a 100% refund will be issued.

  • No refunds will be provided if participants fail to receive login details and do not contact our support team at least 24 hours before the session.

  • No refunds will be issued for technical failures on the participant’s side (e.g., poor internet, system issues).

b) Pre-Recorded & On-Demand Webinars

  • No refunds are provided for pre-recorded or on-demand webinars once purchased.

c) Digital Downloads (e.g., transcripts, resources)

  • No refunds are available for digital downloads or transcripts due to their electronic nature.
